Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and Pinnacle Consultancy Group, an entity registered in India with its office at 3-3-110/VF/301, Pleasant Park Colony, Hyderabad — 500048 (“Toknly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service at toknly.in, you accept these Terms.

Toknly is a software-as-a-service tool that helps you record, aggregate and forecast your spending on third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and others we may add). The service is provided on an “as is” basis for informational purposes; it is not an invoicing system, not a substitute for your provider's own billing dashboards, and not accounting or tax advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information at sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@toknly.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service, (b) upload malware or attempt to breach our security, (c) use Toknly to infringe intellectual property or violate any law, (d) resell the service to third parties without a separate written agreement, or (e) misuse the public status badge feature to misrepresent another party's spend.

The Toknly service is currently offered free of charge for individual founders and small teams. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future; existing users will receive at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect and may cancel their account without penalty.

All software, design, trademarks (including the Toknly hex mark and wordmark) and content on toknly.in are the property of Pinnacle Consultancy Group or its licensors, protected by Indian and international copyright law. You retain all rights to the usage data and API keys you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service.

Toknly integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Slack, Resend, PostHog). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing or accuracy of these providers' own systems, and your use of their APIs remains subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Forecasts, alerts, anomaly detection and optimiser suggestions are best-effort informational estimates and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or ₹1,000 if the service was provided free of charge). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.

You may terminate your account at any time by clearing your data in Settings and requesting deletion at info@toknly.in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for more than 24 months, or if we cease operating the service (with at least 30 days' notice).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material amendments will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
