Privacy Policy

1. Summary

toknly stores metadata about AI usage — token counts, model names, timestamps and the tags you choose to send. We do not accept or store prompt or completion content, and we do not sell data or use it to train models.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and workspace details.
• Usage events: model, provider, token counts, cost, latency, status and your team, feature, customer and environment tags.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment identifiers from Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Operational logs: request metadata used to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. Customer tags

The customer field is free text supplied by you. If you put personal data in it, you become the controller of that data. We recommend using opaque account identifiers rather than names or email addresses.

4. Why we process it

To provide the dashboards, attribution, budgets and alerts you asked for; to bill you; to keep the service secure; and to send service-related email. Marketing email is opt-in only.

5. Sub-processors

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
• Cloudflare — application hosting and delivery.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

6. Retention

Usage events are retained while your workspace is active. On account deletion we remove your workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to workspace membership, and API keys are stored only as salted hashes — we cannot recover a key, only replace it.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from within the app, or by writing to privacy@toknly.in. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing; we honour those requests within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
